Helpful Renter Information

The properties listed in this website are privately owned homes and condominiums and are available for nightly and weekly rental. Unless otherwise specified, each unit is fully equipped with linens, towels, a fully operational kitchen, telephone, fireplace or woodstove, firewood, washer and dryer, and color television. The units are initially stocked with a few days' supply of small hand soaps, dishwasher soap, liquid soap, laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. If these supplies are used up and the tenant wishes more, similar items can be purchased at the Sunriver Country Store.

The people staying in our homes and condominiums are entitled (by paying the 5% recreation fee) to use all the facilities and participate in the activities offered in Sunriver without charge. This includes the two heated outdoor pools which are open from May to October (weather permitting) and the outdoor tennis courts. Golf, horseback riding, canoeing, etc., are extra.

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. The total rent is subject to a 7% County Tax, a 5% recreation fee and a 1% Oregon State Lodging Tax.

For bookings from December 22 to January 2, Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend, July 1 to Labor Day, and the Thanksgiving holiday period (Wed. - Sun.) the higher rate will be applied. When there are three rates listed, the higher rate is for the Christmas season only. Non-peak seasonal specials are based on the higher rate.

All pet friendly homes will accept pets with a 10$ per day pet fee (non refundable).

The Sun Village Rentals office is open 7 days a week 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and is located in the Sunriver Business Park, just past the Sunriver Home Center (hardware store). As you enter the Business Park turn to the right.

Sun Village Rentals reserves the right to substitute or cancel in the event that a unit is sold, removed from the rental program, or for any other reason.
All units listed as having bicycles, hot tubs, jacuzzis, and saunas are subject to down-time for repairs or routine maintenance.
Guests use all amenities at their own risk.
Sun Village Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent. All students or persons under 25 must pay all the rent and a $250 security deposit in full prior to arrival. Only cash, cashiers checks, money orders, or university checks will be accepted for payment by students and under 25 age groups.

Deposits on reservations are for one night's rent and are due within 10 days after your reservation is made. Deposits are non-refundable. If more than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, the deposit may be held for a future reservation within the year.
